Oceanfront Cocktail Reception
Guests began the celebration with an oceanfront cocktail reception overlooking the Southern California coastline. Comfortable lounge seating, vibrant floral accents, and live entertainment created an inviting atmosphere where attendees could reconnect, enjoy the sunset, and reflect on the organization’s remarkable journey. The outdoor setting established a relaxed yet sophisticated tone before guests transitioned into the ballroom for the evening’s main celebration.
Ballroom Design
Inside, the ballroom was transformed into a dramatic environment centered around a rich palette of crimson, black, and gold. Layers of luxurious velvet linens, shimmering gold drapery, warm candlelight, and abundant fresh florals created an atmosphere that felt both glamorous and welcoming. Every design element was carefully selected to celebrate the significance of the occasion while maintaining an elevated, modern aesthetic worthy of such an important milestone.
Guest tables continued the design story with lush floral centerpieces, refined place settings, reflective gold accents, and soft candlelight that encouraged conversation and connection. Every detail was intentionally layered to create a cohesive visual experience, allowing guests to feel immersed in the celebration from the moment they arrived until the final dance of the evening.
Stage and Program Design
The stage served as the visual centerpiece of the evening, featuring a custom floral installation surrounding the Girls Inc. anniversary branding and framed by dramatic architectural candle displays.
