Chairs are the rental guests notice least and touch most. Every guest sits in one, every photograph of a dinner table includes a row of them, and a room set with the wrong chair can undercut a design that is right in every other respect. Getting the chair to agree with the linens, the tabletop and the floor plan is a big part of what makes a room look finished.

Chiavari Chairs

The Chiavari is the standard event chair for a reason. It is light, stackable, narrow enough to fit more guests at a round table, and its spindle back looks good from every side of the room. We carry Chiavari chairs in gold, silver, black, mahogany, clear and white.

Gold and silver suit formal ballroom receptions and pair easily with metallic chargers and candlelight. Black reads more modern and grounds a light palette. Mahogany brings warmth to garden, rustic and outdoor settings. Clear disappears into the room and lets the tablescape carry the design. White keeps ceremonies and garden settings light and airy.

Specialty and Statement Chairs

Some events call for something more distinctive than a Chiavari. Our gallery includes gold ribbed metal chairs for long banquet tables, tall gold high back chairs for outdoor dinners, and round back dining chairs in white and gold for ballroom receptions. These work best where the chair is part of the design itself, such as a head table, a sweetheart table or a single long table running the length of a room.

Choosing Chairs for Your Layout

Chair choice and table layout go together. Long banquet tables show off a statement chair in a way that rounds of ten do not, and a narrow chair lets a round table seat more comfortably. Guest count, table shape and how much floor the dance area needs all affect which chair works and how many you need. We usually settle chairs at the same time as tables so the floor plan and the look are decided together.

Delivery, Setup and Breakdown

We deliver chairs throughout Orange County, Los Angeles and the surrounding Southern California region from our Anaheim studio. Our team sets chairs to the floor plan before the event and collects them afterward, so your venue staff and your planner do not have to manage a separate rental drop.

Pairing Chairs with the Rest of the Room

Chairs are rarely booked on their own. Most of our clients plan them alongside table rentals and charger plates from our wider event rental inventory, and often alongside custom florals on the same tables. Planning these together keeps the metals, colors and heights consistent from one table to the next.
