For this unforgettable evening, those traditions were reimagined through the magic and spectacle of a vintage-inspired cirque experience, creating an immersive celebration where vibrant color, dramatic design, and lively entertainment came together beneath the stars. Every element was thoughtfully curated to transport guests into a world where elegance and excitement existed in perfect harmony.
The Arrival Experience
Upon arrival, guests entered through a custom-designed entrance framed by luxurious gold drapery, bold architectural elements, and abundant jewel-toned florals, offering a glimpse of the extraordinary celebration waiting beyond. The experience unfolded like a grand reveal, inviting guests to step into an environment that felt theatrical, sophisticated, and filled with anticipation.
The Cirque Pavilion
At the heart of the event, sweeping panels of sapphire blue, deep plum, and rich burgundy draping stretched overhead, transforming the open-air venue into a breathtaking cirque-inspired pavilion. Hundreds of café lights illuminated the ceiling, creating a warm glow that reflected the spirit of Diwali while adding depth, movement, and intimacy throughout the space. The layered ceiling installation became the defining feature of the evening, enveloping guests in an atmosphere that felt both grand in scale and remarkably inviting.
Custom Environments and Lounge Design
Throughout the celebration, custom-built environments encouraged guests to explore, interact, and discover something new around every corner. A whimsical “Step Right Up” retail experience, inspired by vintage carnival marquees, offered curated party essentials beneath glowing lights and playful signage. Elegant lounge groupings featuring black velvet furnishings, gold accents, and vibrant floral arrangements created inviting spaces for conversation, while bold custom bars, immersive entertainment, and dramatic lighting ensured the energy remained high throughout the evening.
Florals, Fabrics, and Finishes
Rich jewel-toned florals softened the architectural design with layers of texture and vibrant color, while luxurious fabrics, metallic finishes, and theatrical lighting added depth to every space.
